Dear St. Joseph School Parent / Parishioner / Business Associate: On Thursday, May 22, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. St. Joseph School will be hosting its 14th Annual St. Joseph Golf Classic at the beautiful Chippanee Golf Course in Bristol. In order to have a successful event we need your help. We are asking that you consider joining us as a golfer for the day, or if possible golfing and sponsoring a tee or green, or even asking your employer to sponsor a tee or green. This is a great way to support the school. The following are the various support levels available to you to help make this event the best ever. | $140 | Basic Golfer | includes green fees, cart, driving range, lunch, and beverage on course, dinner, and S.J. Classic gift | | SPONSOR PACKAGES | | $725 | Gold Sponsor | includes basic package for four golfers plus dinner sponsorship and a green or tee sponsor | | $625 | Silver Sponsor | includes basic package for four golfers plus dinner sponsorship | | $600 | Bronze Sponsor | includes basic package for four golfers plus lunch sponsorship | | $150 | Green/Tee Sponsor | Prominent recognition on a green or tee | | $100 | Dinner Sponsor | Prominent recognition at dinner | | $75 | Lunch Sponsor | Prominent recognition at lunch | PRIZES
Hole in one prizes, first and second place foursome awards, 2 closest to the pin contests, 2 longest drive holes, 50/50 Raffle on Par 3, 50/50 putting contest and a raffle of a variety of gifts to be held at the dinner. | Please note that payment holds your slot in golf tournament (sold out last year). Donations of items from individuals or companies for our dinner raffle will be greatly accepted. All donators will be listed in our tournament handout. Tournament includes hole in one prizes, first and second place foursome awards, 2 closest to the pin contests (plus women’s), 2 longest drive holes (plus women’s), and an extensive raffle to be held at the dinner.
